What we collect
Contact information you provide (name, email, SACCO name, role), details about your cooperative when you enquire or request a demo, and standard website usage data (pages visited, referrer, approximate location derived from IP).
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, schedule demos, improve the website and product, and communicate with SACCOs who have asked to hear from us. We do not sell personal data.
How we protect it
Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it to do their jobs. Data in the product is handled under role-based access controls with least privilege. We follow practices appropriate for financial data.
Cookies and analytics
We use a minimal set of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. No third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Write to privacy@kofinance.cc and we respond within a reasonable timeframe — usually under fifteen business days.
Retention
We retain enquiry and demo-request information only as long as needed to serve your request, or to meet legal or contractual obligations.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle personal data, we update this page and — where appropriate — notify contacts we have an active relationship with.
