You agree to use the KoFinance website and platform only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws in your jurisdiction and in Ethiopia.

If you create an account or request a demo on behalf of a SACCO or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

KoFinance, the website, and the underlying software are the intellectual property of EssetFirst Technologies. No license is granted by your use of the website, except as explicitly agreed in writing.

We aim for reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the website. Platform availability for customers is governed by the commercial agreement in place.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EssetFirst Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Commercial agreements with SACCO customers govern platform-level liability.

You agree to indemnify EssetFirst Technologies for claims arising from your misuse of the website or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
